Public bug reported:

Starting the app without specifying a file leads to an apparent hang
rather than emitting an error and quitting (or offering to open a file):

jeff@london:medical $ ginkgocadx
I: Arrancando Ginkgo 2.6.0.4425 beta 06/06/2012 08:40:44

E: Could not load extension library

I: Arrancando controlador de envío Hl7
^C
jeff@london:medical $

The app install doesn't provide two libraries that the app appears to
want (libvisualizator and liblightvisualizator).

Providing a file name (file not attached for privacy reasons) leads to a
segfault as well as an inappropriate workspace jump (from workspace 1
where I launch to workspace 2).
