the problem seems to be that you have mysql-workbench-gpl package from Oracle
installed and it obviously has files conflicting with the mysql-workbench
(and/or mysql-workbench-gpl). Please uninstall mysql-workbench-gpl prior to
installing mysql-workbench.
To prevent this from happening it should be considered that
mysql-workbench{,-data} includes Conflicts:/ Replaces: mysql-workbench-gpl .
Not sure if this doesn't break any policy.
