Hi, had a look at the two links: 1) https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspendHibernateResume
- The machine does not break neither sleeping nor waking up. Simply it wakes up by itself. When it wakes up, it does so perfectly, both from sleeping and from hybernation. The kernel logs also look perfect. The log reports the machine switching off 3 of its 4 CPUs... and then the log reports the wakeup. - It is reproducible (always) - It used to work in the past. - Obviously, no flashing lights 2) https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/KernelBisection This might be hard to do (the machine is typically off the internet). If the oneiric kernel can be installed on it, I'll try with that first. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1005797 Title: Regression in hibernation from oneiric to precise To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1005797/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
