I observe now consistently an artifact ... When a mouse cursor is on the xterm window, especially, on the 2-nd, from the bottom, line, the bottom of the screen, at least this 2-nd line would not be displayed - just stay blank, whereas lines above and below are Ok. (*) Looks like only those commands that print only a few lines cause this artifact. (**) I cannot take a screenshot, because the moment I press the ALT key (Alt-PrtScrn) the blank lines re-appear.
