Public bug reported:

About once a day, Wifi stops working for me. The indicator still tells
that I'm connected, but all connections fail. When I look at the syslog,
I always see this error at the time of the failure:

Reconnecting or disabling and enabling wireless does not repair my
connection. I have to reboot in order to use my Wifi again.

This is with precise on a Lenovo T410s, I'm pretty sure that this bug
was not present in oneiric.
