Public bug reported:
I was installing the Ninja-IDE deb that I downloaded. Double clicking on it
opened up the software center.
I believe when installing a Deb before it made me install gdebi. I installed it
but used dpkg instead.
When I clicked install in the software center nothing seemed to happen. I
clicked a few times, nothing happen.
I went back to my old favourite dpkg and installed using the -i flag.
dpkg reported I was missing pyflakes and python-qt4. Once I did the
usual running around in circles you get with apt Ninja-IDE installed
fine.
I'm assuming here that software-center didn't install Ninja-IDE because
of the missing dependencies. It would be good to see if other people can
replicate with other debs and with other versions of software-center.
