When shutting down the 12.04 guest, it hangs on "Deconfiguring network
interfaces...", when there are multiple networkcards.
The system is going down for halt NOW!

We only have this issue when a vm has multiple network cards assigned.
When we do a manual "/etc/init.d/network stop; halt", the vm shuts down like
expected.
