Are these socket flags defined in include/linux/socket.h in use by apps/libs
that rely on their current values?
MSG_KERNSPACE has the same value as MSG_SENDPAGE_NOTLAST in newer kernels, the
latter being used internally only in the kernel.
However if there is no reliance on 0x20000 and 0x40000 being these specific
values from existing apps - they'd be better alloted higher constants to avoid
this and future overlaps with mainline kernel code.
