My CUPS upload to my PPA (1.5.3-0ubuntu2~ppa2) is broken. In some hours the new version 1.5.3-0ubuntu2~ppa3 will be available. Please wait for this new version, update your system then, check whether you actually have 1.5.3-0ubuntu2~ppa3 and then do the tests of comment #30 again.
