without ethernet cant connect to skype to test if fix for camera is in kernel. also tried your http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.5-rc1-quantal/linux-image-3.5.0-030500rc1-generic_3.5.0-030500rc1.201206022335_i386.deb and the same- lan not working.
