I was told shortly after I first opened this bug that this was because the state of Quantal development is so new that the build process hasn't yet reached the point that there are contents populated in those directories. Once development has progressed a little bit more completely this situation will resolve itself of its own accord.
That''s how I understand it anyway. It would be nice if the various update manager applications handled the exceptions a little bit more elegantly - but that's what it is. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1003042 Title: Quantal Package List Contains Sources That Cannot Be Downloaded To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/1003042/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
