Same here. I have Logitech bluetooth mouse M555b. In 11.04 I set bluetooth on once and it remain on until I switch it off by hardware killswitch (Sony VAIO F13Z1).
In 12.04 the bluetooth is off by default. It forget that it was switched on in last ubuntu session.
