I, too, am experiencing this problem. Under "System Settings" -> "Brightness and Lock", I have "Turn screen off when inactive for;" set to "Never", and yet my screens go into stand-by after approximately 10 minutes of "inactivity"; I put that in quotes, as I could be sitting there watching a video for example.
