Sorry, I have not seen that the packageKit interface is affected. Could
you please attach the following files if they exist:
/etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.freedesktop.PackageKit-aptd.conf
/etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.freedesktop.PackageKit.conf
