Public bug reported:
there was no .png at the end of the ICON=/usr/share/pixmaps/name.{jpg,png,svg}
this is a simple fix. just needed to cp the icon to /usr/share/pixmaps/xrced.png
and redo /usr/share/applications/xrced.desktop
too
