** Description changed:

I have an external hard drive (WD- my passport essential) that I have a same
problem with three different computers already running Ubuntu 12.04 (and I had
the same problem with previous versions 11.04 , 11.10).
Each time when I click on "Safely remove" button, after a few second, my hard
disk re-mount again and even after several times repeating this process, still
the external hard drive remounting automatically.
I couldn't find any special solution in the Ubuntu forums and other websites
and it seems it is a bug. here is the result of this command: lspci | grep USB
