I've checked it, we have a puppet user in NIS but no puppet group. Btw. I
don't think that NIS is directly the problem, I would expect the same problem 
with
ldap. 

I think the script should check with "getent" if ther is a puppet user and only 
if there is no it should create 
the account.

Then the same logic for the group.
