Is the printer a PDF, PostScript, or PCL printer? Please try to choose
"Generic PDF printer", "Generic PostScript printer", "Generic PCL-6/XL
printer", "Generic PCL-5e printer" (BW printers only), "Generic PCL-5c
printer" (color printers only), ...as printer model.
The manufacturer-supplied PPDs probably need some proprietary driver
executable from the manufacturer which is only available for Windows or
Mac. If you attach the PPD to this bug report we can perhaps find out.
If the printer is not PDF, PostScript, or PCL printer and there is no
driver from Xerox, we will not be able to help you as the printer has an
unknown, proprietary communication protocol.
