The bottom left shows that the file size is around 5 kB. The file list
shows that the file size is 24 B. This is true of any file of any size
for some reason.
Minor, but it's there.
The bug has been open over a year. It's safe to say it has been
confirmed even if a simpleton like me has done so.
Still present in Precise 12.04.
