Hi Gary, Interestingly I did a fresh install yesterday on another machine and that one appears to be working as expected. However, I can try it again on my machine at work which was experiencing the issue and gather the debug info you requested if it is still doing it. I keep my machines up to date anyway but I will double check tomorrow before gathering it.
The other issue you mentioned appears to be what I'm seeing but mine wasn't restricted to purchased apps. The strange thing is that I saw it on a number of my machines.
