Public bug reported:

Thunderbird come 5 juin 2012, but in Ubuntu we don't have Thunderbird in 
Ubuntu's repository. 
We have a ppa (https://launchpad.net/~chrisccoulson/+archive/mozilla-test) but, 
Thunderbird resolve 3 criticals security's bugs 
(https://www.mozilla.org/security/known-vulnerabilities/thunderbird.html , the 
fourth is for windows) and it's should be better for Ubuntu's security to 
update to Thunderbird 13.
