I've just upgraded to Skype 4 and noted some strange behaviours in Pidgin:
1) When someone write many consecutive Skype chat messages, Pidgin misses some.
2) If I receive a message, Skype icon will show the notification with "1"
unread message and Pidgin window will blink. If I focus the Pidgin window,
Pidgin will undestand that I read the message, while Skype will continue
showing the "1" unread message in the panel icon. If I reply with a message in
Pidgin window, the "1" unread notification in Skype panel icon will go away too.
I'm on Ubuntu 12.04 with Unity.
