I'm really sorry you feel that way, but when you say "you guys", you
need to bear in mind that most of the grunt work on Ubuntu is carried
out by unpaid volunteers doing what they can with their limited free
time, whether it's the bug triagers here or upstream developers at Gnome
or Debian,. We'd appreciate it if you could be a little more respectful
of that fact.

Helping the users is a two way process. If you want us to be effective
in solving your problem, then you have to be prepared to help us do
that. You can't just throw an angry rant over the wall and expect us to
pick up all the pieces. We want you to stick around and report bugs to
us - for every 1000 people experiencing a bug, we're lucky if even one
of them tells us about it, and only if the planets are aligned - but we
need you to put the effort in to make those reports useful to us by
following these guidelines
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1011078

You may not like it, but the reason we ask you do do this is because the
quantity of bugs we have to wade through here every day is unbelievable,
and that number is only growing. Go to this page
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu) and take a look at the column on the
right-hand side where the numbers of "New Bugs" and "Open Bugs" are
tallied up. In the two years I've been contributing to Ubuntu, those two
numbers have only ever gone up, and they're rising every single day.

The fact that you've been proactive in helping improve Ubuntu by
reporting these issues indicates that you care about getting them
sorted, and for that we're enormously grateful, but if you're going to
be productive and effective as a contributor, you need to calm down a
bit and keep a level head. Dropping out of bug reporting because your
bug was rejected doesn't help anyone. Please think this through before
making such a rash decision.
