Summary: highbank flash-kernel ignores /etc/flash-kernel.conf - unable
to specify root
Steps to Reproduce: install and create /etc/flash-kernel.conf, specify
"root=/dev/sda2", run flash-kernel
Expected result: boot.scr contains boot information (root=/dev/sda2)
Actual result: boot.scr ignores /etc/flash-kernel.conf
