Public bug reported:
Pressing The "Fn" key together with F7 should change the screen output
between laptop LCD and/or external monitor but nothing happens (using
kubuntu/feisty on ab IBM T60).
Furthermore some on-screen display should indicate the configuration
state as Fn+F7 is pressed and the output options are traversed. The on-
screen display should function pretty much like the audio mute on/off
and audio volume on-screen display.
