If unity doesn't respond to the mouse while it's overdrawing the lock screen, then its input windows are probably still stacked correctly (below the lock screen). In that case, this is an overdraw bug and not a stacking bug.
Thus stacking fixes in compiz won't help, but my work in progress to avoid overdraw in unity should fix it: https://code.launchpad.net/~vanvugt/unity/regionalDamage/+merge/109809 ** Also affects: unity Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: unity Assignee: (unassigned) => Daniel van Vugt (vanvugt) ** Changed in: unity Status: New => Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/886605 Title: Desktop, Launcher and menu bar still visible when screen locked To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/compiz/+bug/886605/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
