Public bug reported:

Although the error message "Installer crashed" appeared towards the end
of the installation, the installation of Kubuntu 12.04 64 bit package
appeared to complete normally. Hardware is a ThinkPad X60 with 2 Gb RAM
on which Kubuntu 10.04 was previously running properly. System is set
up to dual boot Win 7.

I'm not sure if there is a problem or not, but thought I should forward
this report.

Thanks.
