encountering has actually already been reported in bug 1008289, so I
will mark this as a duplicate of that one. You'll note that this bug has
a fix already on the server side, and you may need some additional
support to fix this problem for you. Please note in bug 1014148 any
additional comments you may have, and in the meanwhile we will
investigate your particular case to make sure we get this working for
you.
