I have changed bug status to "Fix Committed" because I never have any more freeze for 30 h of work with my computer since I have modified bios sequence as mentionned in my first message (declare network first on bios boot sequence). I upgrated today with kernel 3.0.0.0-21 without any trouble. And lan throughput never fall. But thanks to apologize if this change worried.
