* Merge from Debian Unstable (LP: #1011639). Remaining Changes:
- Build-depend on gettext:any, since we only need it to run tools at
build-time.

the auto-builders stop with the message below.

- not-existing-build-dependency-for-any

* Merge 1:2.4.46-5ubuntu1
- Build-depend on gettext:any, since we only need it to run tools at

* Use /bin/sh as CONFIG_SHELL in debian/rules
