The logs shows: 2012-04-21 21:14:40,983 - softwarecenter.backend - WARNING - _on_trans_error: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken. so it would be interessting to know what is causing this timeout.
