Hi, I haven't made any changes to any files. In fact I recently formatted my machine and installed Ubuntu 64bit. So all the files should be ok. Are you referring to any ppa sources I have manually added? I haven't added any regarding Transitions DJ. And every time I have used File -> Reinstall previous purchases.
