Sorry, this is not a bug in Ubuntu, but a design issue with the web site
www.ubuntu.com. The web site is not designed for screens narrower than
about 978 pixels as far as I can tell. So horizontal scroll bars are
correct. I checked it today.

- Unity/Compiz doesn't calculate/transmit the correct window size to maximized
windows, the width of the launcher isn't subtracted
