KBarcode was removed from the Ubuntu repository per the resultion to Bug
#727386. Since KBarcode depends on the outdated KDE 3, it was removed.
Until the package has been updated to work with KDE 4, it cannot be
readded to the repository, and thus I am marking this bug as incomplete.
