hi. open any gtk3 application, click on any menu item, and move cursor
across menu left-right to open different menu items. you will see that
with some possibility (~1/3) menus open's not under menu item name, but
jumps to random screen positions. i've tried different gtk3 themes, then
removed all gtk configurations, but bug didn't disappeared.
