** Description changed:

  1. Unity open and another monitor attached.
  2. Have the sticky edges option activated
  3. Move the mouse near to the edge to the other monitor without actually move
over
- 4. Now move the mouse up or down while moving just a bit the the other
monitor.
+ 4. Now move the mouse up or down while moving just a bit the the other
monitor.

= the cursor move over to the other monitor.

  Solution:
To go over to the other monitor, only the horizontal mouse movement should be
used as indicator on how mus pressure is pushed against the edge.

This would show how much the user actually wants to go over to the other
monitor and not moving to the top or buttom of the current monitor.

+ Desired solution:
+
+ - Vertical pointer movement should be ignored when calculating the
+ breakthrough threshold for both the 'launcher reveal' and 'launcher Edge
+ Stop' components of sticky edges.
