I just contacted Nvidia through there website via chat (chatted with a guy named Mo). I asked (among other things) if they were even aware of the problem. He referred to there Linux Group and said they would contact me. I referenced a few of the Lauchpad Bug Report Websites. I will keep the group informed if/when I get an email back.
