On 6/22/12 I contacted Nvidia through there website via chat (chatted with a guy named Mo). I asked (among other things) if they were even aware of the problem. He referred to there Linux Group and said they would contact me. I referenced a few of the Lauchpad Bug Report Websites. I will keep the group informed if/when I get an email back. Today I received an email from Jurjen (I don't know if he works for Nvidia or is just a concerned party like the rest of us but) he wrote... . . . There is even an internal bug number at nvidia for this bug with number 970240. Since yesterday Nvidia posted an update that they where able to reproducure the crash and looking into it. Please see http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=176404 Kind regards, . . . I hope that this is helpful. I will keep the group informed if I hear anything else. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/992795 Title: random logouts especially while watching flash videos To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/992795/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
