How about Unity?
When you did full install, did your system default to Unity 2D or Unity
3D?
If your system defaults to Unity 2D, which is wrong as your integrated
graphics supports at least OpenGL 3.0, it means that this possibly still
feels like a duplicate of bug #987949.
But in that case, the description of bug #987949 needs to be updated to
not mention the existence of hybrid systems with Optimus technology, but
rather Sandy bridge systems (I think they all come with integrated
graphics activated).
