Beginners' feedback is useful, but not in the form of bug reports,
because they are often unable or unwilling to do the things necessary to
make reports productive -- search for duplicates first, provide specific
information in response to e-mailed questions, test fixes, and so on.
launchpad-integration will be dropped from Q, though, so I'm taking this
on as part of the task of designing a replacement for people who have
self-identified as Ubuntu contributors.
