Hello again, herrleiche, and thanks for your reply! In fact, there
appears to have been a temporary issue with "tearing" in the Ubuntu
Software Center UI, but these were problems outside Software Center and
we have had a reports that these issues are no longer occurring now.
Therefore, based on your comment #5, I will close this bug.
