Public bug reported:
After running vlc in fullscreen mode for some time I double clicked on
the window to run it in windowed mode again. Then on the bottom on the
monitor the bottom bar from vlc still exists. I mean the bar with the
play and stop botton onto it. This is always in the foreground. Then
after maximizing it is gone. It does not happen everytime but happended
the second time to me now.
