Public bug reported:

I saw a file in the Unity Files Dash and tried to block it from showing
up there. While I couldn't block the individual file, I could place it
in a separate folder and disable the recording of activity in that.
However, while I've done that a while ago, I can still see the file
under the Downloads heading in the Unity Dash. (Not sure if that is
populated from Zeitgeist - to be sure I also added the Unity Files Lens,
but if the problem is there then it is probably also a Unity-wide
problem.)
