Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. Is it only with the headset that you do not have sound or is it
all the time? Thanks in advance.

No sound with LiveCD; I use USB Logitech headset. I didn't have sound with 6.10
either (only with 6.06)
