http://sourceforge.net/projects/hupnp/files/hupnp/herqq-1.0.0.zip/download.
kio-upnp-ms and the solid upnp backend in kdelibs make use of this
library and require >=0.9 . I have updated the package in my ppa
https://launchpad.net/~carlos-demaine/+archive/ppa. Maybe this could be
backported to the kubuntu-backports ppa for precise and included in
quantal.
