This isn't a standard setup at all, with this routes you'll be
flip/flopping between mac addresses on your network devices' arp tables.

What you want in such case and is what Network Manager does by default
is add the duplicate routes with different metrics to prefer the eth0
interface when connected and fallback to wlan0 when eth0 gets
disconnected.
