This bug was originally reported against v3.2(Precise). So I think we
were looking for the first upstream kernel that did not have this bug.
Comment #11 suggests that v3.3 final did not have this bug. Did you
mean in comment #13 that 3.3-rc5 did have this bug and v3.3-rc6 did not
have this bug?
