When packaging, offer options via question and answer to use which:
* database:
- sqlite (not for production)
- MySQL
- Postgresql
- LDAP
* web server:
- built-in (not for production)
- Apache with mod_wsgi
- NGinx with Gunicorn or with uWSGI
- lighttpd with flup using fcgi protocol or scgi protocol
