Hi Robert, just to let you know that I switched this back to incomplete
status because I have requested info from the reporter. We are making a
big push to get the number of untriaged "New" bugs to zero, so any bug
that has had attention at all should be in the appropriate state, that
is, anything bug "New" as it has had some kind of triage done on it.
