Public bug reported:
After powering on the PC, the network manager applet says that eth0 is
up, but no packet is recepted, only sent and no connection works. The
link is actualy up. I did unplugging the LAN cable then plug in it
again - and then the connection works well. But this is not a funny
procedure for every day.
